Project Description

The San Diego Filipino Cinema (SDFC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to discovering emerging voices of Filipino filmmakers from around the world who shares their curated discoveries of the best of the global Filipino films to diverse audiences in San Diego. SDFC was in need of a modern website which they can edit content, add events, sell tickets to movie screenings, and most importantly begin to build a nation-wide brand. The SDFC E-commerce website was developed in the leading website CMS platform WordPress and designed to stand out with a bright pop of orange color yet balanced with a dark grey. This fully responsive WordPress e-commerce website adapts to any screen width/viewing device and was built with all of the latest HTML5, CSS3, PHP, and WordPress coding standards. The full width layout separates SDFC from a lot of dated cinema websites on the internet, and brings a modern look to a historical non-profit.
